Anchoring the Future

Pan American Wharf Phase 2 is Underway!

We are thrilled to announce that Caribbean Marine Construction (CMC) has officially broken ground on Phase 2 of the Pan American Wharf. Building on the success of our previous milestones, this phase marks a significant step forward in modernizing our region’s maritime infrastructure.

What’s New in Phase 2?

We aren’t just returning to the site; we are returning stronger. This phase showcases CMC’s commitment to self-reliance and excellence:

  • Expanded Fleet: We are deploying an increased lineup of CMC-owned specialized marine equipment, ensuring greater efficiency, tighter scheduling, and the highest safety standards.
  • The Power of People: Our proven local team—the experts you know and trust—is back on the front lines. To meet the demands of this ambitious project, we’ve complemented our veteran crew with fresh new talent, blending decades of experience with innovative perspectives.

Project Scope

The technical heartbeat of Phase 2 involves the precision engineering of:

  • 900 Linear Feet (LF) of heavy-duty wharf construction.
  • Integrated Capping Beam installation for structural integrity.
  • The construction of a specialized Land Dolphin to enhance mooring capabilities.

At CMC, we don’t just build structures; we build the foundations of Caribbean commerce. Stay tuned as we transform the coastline, one pile at a time.
